
ICC Israel Committees
ICC Israel operates several professional committees, each supporting the organization's mission to promote best practices, global standards, and high-level expertise within Israel's business and legal community. Currently, the Arbitration Committee and the Banking Committee are fully operational, with additional committees in various stages of development.
Arbitration Committee, chaired by Adv. Nuna Lerner, Partner at Gornitzky & Co. As Chairwoman of the National Arbitration Committee, Adv. Lerner leads the committee’s efforts to strengthen the use and understanding of ICC arbitration standards in Israel and to connect the local arbitration ecosystem with global developments.
The Arbitration Committee brings together leading law firms and top arbitration practitioners in Israel, and operates several focused subcommittees:
• The Training Subcommittee, chaired by
Adv. Yuval Naim, Partner in the Dispute Resolution Department and Head of the International Arbitration Practice at EBN, is dedicated to developing professional capabilities and advancing practitioner excellence.
• The Mediation Subcommittee, co-chaired by Adv. Hagit Shaked and Adv. Sarit Leviathan, Attorneys and Co-Mediators, focuses on strengthening mediation practices and expanding the use of mediation within the ICC dispute-resolution framework.
Banking Committee, chaired by Ishai Wureit.
This committee includes Israel’s leading banks as well as the Israeli Bankers Association, serving as a central forum for professional dialogue, policy insights, and sector-wide collaboration.
