Adv. Yuval Naim
Adv. Yuval Naim is a cofounding member of the Israel ICC National Committee and serves as its Chair of the Training and Professional Development Committee.
In his role, Yuval is responsible for coordinating and delivering content to the community of international arbitration practitioners in Israel, including lawyers, arbitrators, legal advisors, and corporate directors and officers.
Yuval is also a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR.
Yuval is a partner and head of the International Arbitration practice in the Dispute Resolution Department of EBN – Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano law firm.
He specializes in the resolution of complex international disputes. Yuval has extensive experience representing clients in international arbitration proceedings, both institutional and ad-hoc, in Israel and abroad, including in the fields of infrastructure, transportation, energy, automotive, technology, pharmaceuticals, defense, commerce, international investments, and more.
Additionally, Yuval is an adjunct professor at the Tel Aviv University Law School, where he teaches the primary course on international arbitration, and he serves as a member of professional organizations in the field of arbitration and dispute resolution.
The Training Committee at ICC Israel
The Training Committee at ICC Israel is dedicated to enriching members of the ICC Israel Arbitration Committee and specialized lawyers with knowledge about ICC rules and international arbitration principles. These valuable training sessions are delivered by experienced members of the Arbitration Committee, ensuring high-quality professional development in the field.
The Committee is chaired by Adv. Yuval Naim, a partner in the Litigation Department at ERM Law Firm.
His expertise spans civil, commercial, and administrative litigation for both individuals and corporations, with particular focus on international dispute resolution.
