Mr. Raveh co-founded together with Harel Insurance Group, and Mr. Yaron Kestenbaum the Israel Infrastructure Fund, which is the largest infrastructure fund in Israel (www.iif.co.il). He is a major principal of the Fund and the Chairman of its management companies.
The Fund owns / manages / partner / over 3 Billion Dolar (in nominal values) of major instrafacture projects, such as Highways light rails, large Power Plants, substantial sea water Desalination projects, partnered in , large Gas Field, Fibre optics companies, cellular parking and transportation company, and Environmental Group, and other projects in Israel, United Kingdom, Europe, and other countries.
Mr. Raveh is also the founder and Chairman of one of the leading commercial law firms in Israel (www.yraveh.co.il), with particular expertise in financing, infrastructure, High technology parks, real estate, hotels and tourism, banking and corporate law, with offices in Tel Aviv, and Jerusalem.
He is one of the leading experts on Public Private Partnership's projects (P.P.P., B.O.T. etc.). And he is a member of the United Nations expert group on PPP.
Mr. Raveh is a long-time investor in the fields of Real Estate and construction, and is acknowledged as a well-established in the fields of Development, Financing, and constructing of substantial projects.
He is also the Chairman of the Israel – Canada Chamber of Commerce, promoting businesses and investments between Canada and Israel.
He is the chairman of a Construction Technology (Con-Tech and Prop-Tech), Fund specialism in break through innovation, AI based Technologies for the constructions fields.
Mr. Raveh studied in the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and New York University and lectures on PPP projects in Tel Aviv University.
Mr. Raveh has had numerous public positions, including serving as the Chair of the Israel-Canada Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of H.I.G (Hi-Tec Investment Group), Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the college of Academic Studies in Rishon Letzion, Honorary President of the Friends of the Israel Museum, Deputy Chairman of the Public Committee of Yad Sarah, Chairman of the Friends of "Anu" Museum, and member of the Board of Governors of Tel Aviv and Jerusalem Universities.
