The ICC Global Banking Commission serves as the leading standard-setting body for international trade finance transactions, acting as a major forum for industry discussion. It creates and manages globally recognized rules, such as UCP600 and URC 522, and is involved in several key work areas, including digitalization, sustainability, financial crime, and regulatory advocacy. The ICC Israel Banking Committee is an integral part of the global ICC Banking Commission, creating a vital bridge between international banking standards and the Israeli financial sector, ensuring that local practitioners remain aligned with global best practices. Its members include all major banks in Israel as well as the Association of Banks in Israel.
